Measuring 68cm x 38cm (26.7in x 15in) it provides a decent surface area. the platform weighs a sensible 13.5kg (30lb), striking a good balance between portability and stability. It’s sturdy enough not to move when in full vibration mode. The four suction pads help keep the machine in place on polished floors too.
The power cable plugs in neatly at the back so as not to get in the way of training. However, it’s not that long, which limits where you can use the plate without an extension lead.
Mirafit Slimline Vibration Plate accessories
The Mirafit Slimline Vibration Plate comes with two resistance bands and includes a manual with 18 illustrated exercises. So when you first buy it you can get up and running in no time.
It can handles a maximum weight of 150kg (330lb) and has a 1000w motor with a maximum output of 2500w – impressive for a budget plate.

It’s a well made machine that’s available in black or orange. For £129 it’s hard to fault. Performance is impressive and it’s big enough to perform moves like squats and lunges. It’s raised grooves make it comfortable to lean on and grippy enough underfoot. However, the marked sections for your feet can be distracting and aren’t the most useful.

It’s 99 levels may seem like a lot but the the unit judders at the highest settings. If you want to use the top levels, we suggest working slowly up to those speeds. The manual suggests not to max it out for longer than a minute.
The vibrations on the highest speed are noisy on hard floors too, and even a yoga mat underneath doesn’t help. So it’s best to avoid early-morning high-speed sessions if you have neighbours living below you.
