Sprint, Burpees, Sled Push, Farmers Carry, and Ski Erg all with a weight vest. Followed by Pull-Ups, Row, Deadlift, Air Bike, and Zurcher Squat.
Event 2 – USAF PAST (Physical Ability and Stamina) Test
Pull-ups, Sit-Ups, Push-Ups, Running, and Swimming.
