½ lemon
Avocado oil with herbs

300 g steak
Avocado oil
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic
rosemary
black pepper
salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat oil in the pan.
2. Sear one side of the steak for 2 minutes on high heat.
3. Flip the steak to cook the other side, add butter, garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Continuously baste the steak with melted butter for 3 minutes.
