As much as we dread the inevitable winding down of the ski season here at SKI, we do look forward to April for other reasons: deck beers, goggle tans, dual skiing-biking outings … and the launch of the annual Reader Resort Survey.
As you all know, we skiers have a lot of opinions. Safety bars up or down? Tunes in the lift line, yay or nay? Salad or fries at lunch? (Why not both?) Well, now’s your chance to tell us exactly what you think in our Reader Resort Survey, now live.
Make Yourself Heard: Take The 2024 SKI Reader Resort Survey!
We push this survey out every spring, while your just-finished (or almost finished) season is still fresh in your mind. Rank up to five ski resorts you’ve visited over the last couple of seasons in 17 different categories, from Challenge and Terrain Variety to Après-Ski and Lodging. We also rolled out two new metrics in this year’s survey, giving you the chance to sound off on safety and crowding on the slopes and parking at the resorts. Then comes the fun part: Share your thoughts about what the resorts do well—and what they don’t—in the comments section.
No, Resorts Cannot Pay To Be Included: This Is How We Rank Resorts in our Annual Resort Guide
We use your rankings to determine the Top 50 resorts in North America, which we’ll launch this fall. Last winter, we produced almost 100 service-oriented articles based on survey results, all designed to help you make the most informed decisions about your ski travel.
What’s more, we’re bringing back the SKI sweepstakes this year. Everyone who takes the survey can opt into a drawing to win either a pair of Fischer Ranger 102 skis or any ski of their choice from new-kid-on-the-block Season Equipment. Find the sweepstakes rules here.
The survey is free and easy to take, just click on this link and get started. We can’t wait to read your feedback—and feature your most helpful and colorful er, opinions, on the site this fall.
