The go-to board for Freeride World Tour current champ and Salomon team rider, Blake Moller.

The all-new Highpath breaks the mold for sustainable construction, utilizing a base which is made of 50% recycled materials, as well as construction that consumed 40% less fiberglass and resins than standard construction. Its footprint is light, as is the Highpath’s physical weight, being noticeably lighter than your average board. It is also the go-to board for Freeride World Tour current champ and Salomon team rider, Blake Moller.

Don’t think this featherweight doesn’t have what it takes to be a capable freeride board, though. Donning Salomon’s Rock Out Camber, a profile which is flat between the feet, cambered underfoot, with early rise at the tips, the core retains a good amount of energy for a fun, catch-free experience.

Overall, the Highpath is on the softer side of a medium flex, but has an incredibly friendly, yet reliable character. With a 7.3 meter sidecut, and a 25.5mm waist width (on the 156cm model), it’s easy to get on and cruise, with the slightly shorter sidecut coming in handy for making exciting course corrections on or off-trail.
