Easy camp meal idea: Sushi ⤵️

Don’t come for me if my technique is not restaurant quality. I’m making it out of the back of a car… 😂

Ingredients for California rolls:
– sushi nori
– imitation crab meat (can change out for salmon or anything you prefer)
– cucumber
– avocado
– room temperature rice
– soy sauce

Directions:
Slice imitation crab meat, cucumber and avocado. Fold your nori sheet in half and rip off one side. I pre-made rice at home and kept it in my cooler. Add the rice when room temperature. Flip it so rice is facing down then layer in your fillings. High quality soy sauce makes all the difference. I just free hand rolled, it’s much easier with a matt. Then slice into 5 pieces.
